Isabelle Riege

Isabelle Riege is Chief People & Culture Officer at SIG, where she leads the company’s global people and culture agenda. Working closely with regional and global leadership teams, she focuses on strengthening organizational performance, operational efficiency, and building a future-ready workforce.

She joined SIG in 2023 and brings extensive international HR leadership experience across the automotive, food and ingredients, HR services, and engineering sectors. Isabelle has intensive international experience having held senior roles with regional and global responsibility across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, at Barry Callebaut, Adecco, and dormakaba.

Known for her pragmatic and business-oriented approach, Isabelle partners closely with leaders to translate strategy into scalable, high-impact people solutions. Her work centers on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and capability building, with a strong emphasis on aligning leadership, culture, and performance. She leverages employee engagement, psychological safety, and continuous development as enablers of execution and business results, while emphasizing simplification, accountability, and the development of high-performing teams that can deliver consistently in a complex and evolving environment.

Isabelle holds a master’s degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau, Germany.
